This sketch was done during my 'cloud as white worm' phase which lasted a month or so, I think. As I was looking over the pile near my scanner yesterday, I found three that stood out. This is, I think, the most expressive of the three. It is a 6 by 4.25 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond paper. I have almost 41 thousand hits on my AW pages this month which is, by far, the greatest number in one month since I became a member in 2007. I also found, whilst looking through internet referrals, that a professor of art in New York City has provided links to some of my work for her students to use as study guides. Maybe this gives my work just a hint of validation. Thank you, Ms. Baryshev. This is Original Jones Art more than ready to let this year go here in northwest Austin, Texas, If 2022 shows improvement, maybe neither sneer nor anguish will find itself repeated.

41 thousand hits! Congrats! What a shot in the arm re your work being used as study guides. I think Ms Baryshev gave you a great Christmas! That's wonderful. I like your more recent clouds instead but that's just a personal choice.Dave Matke 30 Dec 2021
Wow congrats on the hits and validation , you're deserving of every bit of it : ) Initially I thought it was a cloud, then in others , thought it may be a tear in the paper ... been meaning to ask you ... either way your distinct trademark is cool : )
